How to Become a VDS Member

The Voluntary Driver Scheme (VDS) supports non-driving community members to access reliable transport provided by eCo Car Club volunteer drivers.

Steps to Join:

• Sign Up: Register as a non-driving member through your local eCo Car Club.
• Provide Your Details: Share basic contact information and any relevant accessibility requirements.
• Book an Induction: One of the team will meeting with you to explain how the VDS works and how to request journeys.
• Start Using the Service: Submit journey requests via the mobile-friendly booking platform and get matched with volunteer drivers for your trips.
